2014 Cabernet Sauvignon Central Coast
This Cabernet Sauvignon has beautiful aromas of dark berry fruits, cherry, plums, black currant, mint and spices. It is medium bodied, textured and layered, infused with flavors of blackberries, dry herbs and dark plum. Good structure, well integrated oak and a lingering finish.
The grapes were night harvested and cold soaked for several days to enhance color extraction, then fermented for a week. The wine was then aged on French and American oak for 10 months.
